No canceling or refunds once you have placed your order.
I am not responsible for packages being lost, stolen, or if you have damaged them after they have been sent out.
If you have any question(s) regarding your order, you can reach out to me using the contact tab or my email. To make the communication flow smoothly, please include your order number. If for any reason you might have not recieved an order number, instead, please provide me with the address and name associated with the order.
If the package is sent back to me as a result of the reciever's failure to claim the package, provide accurate shipping information, or another reason, I will gladly resend the package. However, they will be an additional shipping fee as the intial shipping payment would have already been used to cover the intial shipment.
If after shipment of the order you realize that the address information you provided is incorrect, I am not responsible as I only proceeded with the shipment as indicated by you.
If you are ordering outside of the United States, your package may arrive at customs. If this is the case, I would recommend you visit your local post office, provide them with your tracking number, and ask them for the status of your order.
